Our professional setup combines industrial‑grade DTF printers, precision DTF adhesive powder systems, and automated conveyor drying tunnels to ensure excellent colour accuracy, stretch resistance, and wash durability with no fading, cracking, or peeling.

7‑Colour DTF Printers for High‑Precision Printing

Our production is powered by professional 7‑colour DTF printers using a CMYK + LC + LM + White ink system, including: Cyan (C), Magenta (M), Yellow (Y), Black (K), Light Cyan (LC), Light Magenta (LM), and White (W). This expanded colour gamut allows us to achieve smoother gradients, accurate skin tones, and vibrant details across all garment colours.

We use premium DTF pigment inks that are specifically engineered to work with DTF films and adhesive powders, ensuring strong ink adhesion and long‑term durability. Our printers are compatible with industry‑leading EPSON printheads such as F1080, XP600, I1600, and I3200 for consistent, clog‑free performance.

Automatic DTF Powder Shaker & Conveyor Drying Tunnel

After printing, a specially formulated DTF adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink layer using an automatic powder shaker machine.
The film then passes through a conveyor tunnel drying system, where controlled heat melts the powder and securely bonds it to the ink layer on the reverse side of the DTF transfer film.

This automated process ensures even powder distribution, consistent curing, and reliable transfer quality, making every DTF transfer ready for heat application on cotton, polyester, blends, and performance fabrics.
