Our DTF printer uses a 7-color system (CMYK+LM+LC+W) to create prints with excellent color accuracy. The printer also uses special DTF inks that are designed to bond with the adhesive layer and transfer film, ensuring that the print stays vibrant and durable over time.

After the print is finished, special designed DTF adhesive powder is added to the surface of the ink while it is still wet. The transfer film is then passed through a conveyor tunnel drying system, which heats the film and melts the adhesive powder, securing the bond above the ink at the back side of the transfer film.
